Studio Maternity Session | Halle
Being pregnant brings all kinds of thoughts and feelings to the surface. Things you may or may not struggle with already can suddenly because a problem. Health concerns. Weight gain. Swelling. Depression. And many more. With that being said, though and care in put into every single maternity session. Your visit to my Canton studio begins with me meeting you at the car. I am there to guide you to the studio and help carry anything you may have brought with you.
Once inside the studio, you get the grand tour of the waiting room, restroom and the studio itself, PLUS you find where the drinks are and lay eyes on the charcuterie board made especially for you. We all know that making a baby takes energy, and, if your hubby or other family members are present, picture day works up an appetite for sure!
Before we begin, we will also have the Talk. Not a talk about the birds and the bees, as that’s old news for you! Ha! This is the talk about your comfort level with exposed areas of your body. You will get to tell me your preferences (fully clothed, open belly, some leg, or more) and relay any must have posing. Based off of these parameters, we then pick out the gowns that will be the best fit for you (and oh boy, is it exciting!)
Working together to create your ideal images, keeping in mind your pain points (swollen ankles, hate my legs, etc), is one of my most favorite things to do. We work at your pace, unhurried and careful with your body/posing, while having fun and trying new and groovy ways of celebrating the miracle your body is producing.
