While I mostly focus on maternity, newborn, and baby photography, I love when I get the request for help capturing a surprise proposal! So, when Brandon contacted me about capturing his proposal to Courtney, I just had to say yes. I had the perfect spot and couldn’t wait to see everything go down!
Baby's First Year | Remi's First Year
Over the last couple of years, I have watched this family go from trying to conceive, heartache, pregnancy, birth, newborn session, milk bath session, nursing session, Christmas session, and then baby’s first birthday smash cake session…plus parties, getaways, and more. This family definitely has a piece of my heart.
Here’s the amazing thing. This family is not the only one! I love each of my families that walks through my photography studio’s door. I love connecting with them and walking through this thing called life together. Captured Moments by Cindy is more than a business in Canton, GA.
Baby's First Year | Smash Cake Session
If you have been to a baby’s first birthday party, you may have witnessed the baby squishing and smashing a small baby-sized cake while a group of their loved ones are standing around, watching the destruction of that beautiful, tiny cake, cheering on the massacre, and just enjoying the overall show of cake droppings, icing smears, cake tossing, etc. It’s quite the spectacle. If you have not witnessed this, you are missing out! Find someone with an infant and get yourself invited to that baby’s first birthday party, STAT!
Favorite Vendor Highlight | Charcuterie Boards
Have you ever tried putting together a charcuterie board? I have. I am a creative. I love creating. I love taking pieces of puzzles and throwing them together, sometimes in unexpected ways, and marveling in the art that was created. Charcuterie boards are no different. Take a little bit of this, a little bit of that, a whole lotta this, none of that…putting all the things together into one beautiful assembly and calling it gorgeous. Yep…I’m on board (pun intended!)
Newborn Studio Session | Baby Ava
When Baby Ava’s sweet family arrived with her to my studio in Canton, I was smitten with the whole family! We chatted. We cooed and fawned over Ava. We joked a bit and they told me how dad was officially christened into fatherhood with a good ole poop-splosion that morning. LOL! Oh, the joys of being a parent!
